• Intelligent Video Surveillance. Deployment of a large-scale network of video cameras with video analytics functions (face and license plate recognition, atypical behavior detection). This allows real-time control over public spaces, parks, embankments, and key transport hubs.

• Unified Response System. Creation of joint operational headquarters (Unified Dispatch Service), where the work of police, emergency services, ambulance, and municipal utilities is coordinated. Use of digital city maps to optimize patrol routes and reduce service response times.

• Control in Residential Areas. Equipping residential complexes and courtyards with modern video intercoms and integrating this data into the overall city system, which increases the level of security in residential zones.

• Digital Prevention. Active use of IT tools to monitor threats, analyze the crime situation, and carry out preventive work, especially among young people.
