State support under the federal project «Labor Productivity» will be received by the enterprises «ТЕХНИКА-АГРО», «ВЕНСКИЕ ВАФЛИ», «ЗАВОД АВТОГИГАНТ», «АНТ», «КАМГЭСЭНЕРГОСТРОЙ» and «КАМПРОДИНВЕСТ». Participants of the federal project will have the opportunity to look at their enterprise processes through the lens of «Lean Technologies», identify losses, and eliminate them together with experts from the Regional Competence Center for Labor Productivity of the Republic of Tatarstan. And for the enterprises, this is absolutely free.
The federal project «Labor Productivity» is part of the national project «Efficient and Competitive Economy» and is being implemented across the country.
The RCC RT will transfer competencies for the implementation of lean manufacturing tools by training enterprise employees, jointly conducting process diagnostics, and developing and implementing a program to eliminate losses and improve process efficiency.
In addition to expert assistance, participants can use other support measures, such as concessional loans from the Industrial Development Fund and the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan (for manufacturing industries only), complete the «Productivity Leaders» and «Export Growth Accelerator» training programs, and receive comprehensive assistance on enterprise digitalization.
There are already 366 enterprises in the real sector of the Tatarstan economy participating in the federal project, 82 of which are registered in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Applications for participation can be submitted on the IT platform производительность.рф. Mandatory conditions: the company's main or additional activity must relate to manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation, tourism, or housing and utilities; annual revenue – from 400 million rubles, for the tourism sector – from 180 million rubles; the share of foreign participation in the authorized capital – no more than 50%.
