Residents of Naberezhnye Chelny and Tatarstan are encouraged to install the «Госуслуги.Дом» mobile application – the service allows you to manage an apartment building, pay for utility services, and participate in meetings online.
The application was developed by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and is integrated with the Public Services portal. With its help, homeowners can: view utility bills and submit meter readings; participate in voting at general meetings of owners without being personally present; contact the management company and track the status of applications; receive notifications about important events in the building – water outages, repairs, meetings; and study information about tariffs, contractors, and completed work.
More than half a million people are already using the application in the republic. Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, and Nizhnekamsk have become the leaders in terms of coverage.
The application can be downloaded for free from app stores by searching for «Госуслуги.Дом». To log in, simply use your account from the Госуслуги portal.
