Starting September 2026, amendments to the control procedures for the turnover of marked products will come into force. Violations will be detected automatically, and fines will be imposed without the direct involvement of an inspector. This will make inspections faster and increase risks for businesses.

To prepare entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan for the new requirements, the "My Business" Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, in cooperation with the Rospotrebnadzor Office for the Republic of Tatarstan, is holding a free conference titled "Open Dialogue with Business: Auto-fines for the sale of unmarked products from September 2026 – what to do to avoid fines". The event will take place on May 20, 2026, at 14:00 Moscow time in Kazan, at the "Alafoozov" hall. Participation is free, but the number of seats is limited.

The conference will cover risk zones for entrepreneurs, mechanisms for the automatic detection of violations by regulatory authorities, common mistakes made by sellers when working with labeling, as well as concrete steps that need to be taken now to protect businesses from fines starting in the fall of 2026.

The speakers at the conference are the Deputy Head of the Consumer Rights Protection Department of the Rospotrebnadzor Office for the Republic of Tatarstan Regina Nikolaeva and the leading specialist of the "Chestny ZNAK" Support Center Elena Sabanova.

Registration is mandatory via this link.

Detailed information on support measures can be obtained by calling the Unified Contact Center: 8 (843) 524-90-90.

The event is being held within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy", in which one of the priorities is to support small and medium-sized businesses, including through the digitalization of control and supervisory procedures and increasing the legal literacy of businesses.
