The "21st Century Team" rally was held at the Zvezdny camp. The event took place as part of a competition for the best children's and youth public organization and brought together the most active and proactive representatives of the youth. The competition is implemented with the support of a Grant from the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The rally program was structured so that each participant could demonstrate their skills from different angles. Getting acquainted with the organizations began at the "Alley of Public Organizations", where teams creatively presented their activities, goals, and achievements. Next, the "Team Intelligence" stage took over, testing erudition and the ability to think together. Participants demonstrated physical fitness, agility, and ingenuity at the "SpARTian Games", where a true spirit of camaraderie and healthy competition prevailed. The most serious challenge was the "Solutions Hackathon" — here, teams pondered over current problems of public organizations and proposed concrete, well-thought-out solutions themselves.
A separate program was provided for leaders. At a round table, they discussed the concept for the upcoming celebration of the Day of Children's Public Associations and Organizations, expressed their expectations, exchanged ideas, and outlined plans for the near future.
The busy day ended on a warm and heartfelt note – the "Garland" song festival. In a cozy camp atmosphere, participants and leaders sang songs with a guitar, sharing sincere emotions and good spirits with each other.
