Nail Magdeev presented the Employment Center team with a letter of appreciation for their high professionalism and significant contribution to ensuring employment for the population.
The Mayor noted that in the context of structural economic changes, the institution has become one of the city's key social institutions, ensuring the stability and confidence of residents in the future, and thanked the staff for their responsibility, empathy, and systematic approach:
«People come to you for help and support. The results of your work are a source of pride for the city. The Employment Center of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny – is the best in the country. It is the people who make it so. In the context of the special military operation, together with you, we need to teach people, create working conditions for them, especially for those who defended the interests of our country with arms in their hands and have returned to their hometown. These people come to you. You provide them with soulful, human support».
Nail Magdeev presented a letter of appreciation and a festive bouquet to the head of the «Rabota Rossii» personnel center, Tatyana Bydanova.
The history of the «Rabota Rossii» Personnel Center of Naberezhnye Chelny dates back to 1956, when questions of labor and employment in the Chelny region were handled by only one specialist at the Executive Committee of the Council of People's Deputies. As the Kama region grew and developed, accompanied by large-scale projects such as the construction of the Nizhnekamsk HPP and the КАМАЗ plant, the need for qualified personnel increased significantly, which led to an expansion of the employment service's functions.
On May 12, 1991, by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Naberezhnye Chelny City Council, a labor and employment center was formed, uniting the administration, the Komsomolskoye and Avtozavodskoye employment bureaus.
Over 35 years, the employment center staff has done tremendous work in the field of promoting employment – 2.9 million people have applied for various issues, more than 790 thousand people have been registered, 530 thousand people have been employed, almost 30 thousand citizens have been trained, 61.5 thousand people have participated in public and temporary work, 293.3 thousand students have been employed in their free time, and more than 7.9 thousand people have started their own business and secured employment for themselves.
