Thus, transport reform and centralization of management have allowed the company to transport 44 million passengers, servicing 11 bus and 11 tram routes. Today, 217 modern «Nefaz» buses and 100 tram cars are operating on the lines. Thanks to the status of a corporate service of «КАМАЗ» and the use of original spare parts, not a single traffic accident caused by technical malfunctions of the vehicles was recorded during the reporting period.

Ensuring road safety remains a priority for the company. A specialized department has been created in the structure, staffed by employees with experience in the traffic police (GAI). A multi-level monitoring system has been introduced to control the drivers. The "mystery passenger" method, where department staff incognito assess driving culture, smoothness of ride, and compliance with boarding/alighting rules, has become an effective tool. In addition, all rolling stock is equipped with intelligent telematics systems and video surveillance cameras. Dispatchers and a video control group monitor speed limits, sharp maneuvers, and instances of drivers being distracted by gadgets around the clock.

Despite large-scale preventive measures, accident statistics require close attention. 21 incidents occurred in the tram fleet over the year, but none of them were the fault of the electric transport drivers. In the bus segment, the situation is more complex: 263 incidents were registered. The main problem remains passenger falls inside the cabin, which account for a significant portion of the total number of incidents. There were also four cases of hitting pedestrians, one of which, unfortunately, resulted in a fatality. A thorough internal investigation is being conducted for each case to analyze the causes.

The company is actively working not only with its own personnel but also with other road users. Thus, inspectors identified more than seven thousand cases of bus stops being blocked by private cars, and materials for nearly fifteen hundred incidents were handed over to the traffic police (GAI) to bring violators to justice. In parallel, educational work is being carried out with schoolchildren: interactive quizzes on public transport conduct rules are held for students of city schools.

The plans of MUP «Gorkommunhoz» for 2026 include focusing on preventing passenger falls by tightening control over the smoothness of driving and continuing to reduce the risks of hitting pedestrians. The company intends to continue developing the digital monitoring system and improving the qualifications of its drivers, who have already confirmed their professionalism by winning prizes in all-Russian skill competitions.
