Nikolay Shishkin, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, together with the Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ildus Nafikov, held a personal reception for citizens in Naberezhnye Chelny today. 22 people from Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as Almetyevsk, Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga and Zainsk applied for the appointment.

So, a disabled person of the second group asked for assistance in arranging a parking space on the territory of an apartment building.

A teacher at one of the city's colleges complained about a violation of labor rights, and an employee of Ak Bars Metal LLC reported constant delays in wages.

A group of citizens expressed disagreement with the actions of the management of Kamazzhilbyt, which evicts them from their occupied residential premises.

The resident of Naberezhnye Chelny asked for assistance in resolving the issue of providing housing as an orphan. A mother with many children complained about the actions of the tax authorities and the non-payment of social benefits.

One of the entrepreneurs complained about the bailiffs' actions, which, according to the applicants, would hinder legitimate business activities. In addition, complaints were received about the actions of the investigative authorities and violations in the housing and communal services sector.

In addition to the citizens who had previously made an appointment, seven more people were additionally admitted. Thus, a disabled person of the first group asked for assistance in resolving the housing issue, three applicants complained of violations in the housing and communal services sector, and two more complained about the actions and decisions of the investigative authorities in specific criminal cases.

All the citizens who applied for an appointment, as well as those who could not come to the prosecutor's office for other reasons, left written appeals. Nikolay Shishkin instructed to thoroughly check the applicants' arguments and, if there are grounds, take response measures.

The course and results of consideration of the appeal have been taken under special control.
