Public hearings on the draft budget performance report for the city of Naberezhnye Chelny for 2020 were held at the City Hall. The event was attended by Deputy Mayor Irina Sagidullina.
Natalia Kropotova, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee, spoke about the results of the socio-economic development of Naberezhnye Chelny over the past year .
The volume of shipped products in 2020 amounted to 418 billion rubles with an industrial production index of 101%. It should be noted that in the Republic of Tatarstan, the industrial production index is 96.4%, in the Russian Federation 97.1%.
The main contribution to the city's economy is provided by the city-forming enterprise of KAMAZ PJSC. Its share in the volume of the city's industry is about 38%. The company shipped products worth 157.7 billion rubles.
"The positive results were achieved thanks to measures to support industries provided by the Government of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tatarstan and anti–crisis measures implemented by the company's management itself," she notedNatalia Kropotova.
The largest increase in production was provided by enterprises connected with the technological chain of KAMAZ. These are ZF KAMA, Knorr-Bremse KAMA, CUMMINS KAMA, as well as such enterprises as RIAT, Astace, Tatprof, Ak Bars Metal, Agrosila-Moloko, and APK. Kamsky, Haier, TEMPO and many others.
Svetlana Mulyukova, Head of the Finance Department, delivered a report on the budget performance of Naberezhnye Chelny for 2020. Thus, the city's budget expenditures for 2020 amounted to 10 billion 154 million rubles. In the revenue structure, own revenues amounted to 5 billion 132 million rubles or 50.5% of total revenues, inter-budget transfers were transferred in the amount of 5 billion 22 million rubles or 49.5%.
Budget revenues as a whole increased by 156 million rubles compared to 2019, as a result of an increase in inter-budget transfers by 116.6 million rubles compared to last year, and an increase in revenues from own budget revenues by 39.4 million rubles. The increase in tax revenue amounted to 117.3 million rubles, or 2.8%.The main increase is accounted for by the personal income tax – 158.7 million rubles and the personal property tax – 28.8 million rubles as a result of an increase in the number of taxpayers and the tax base.
The assessment of the budget execution of Naberezhnye Chelny for 2020 was presented by the Chairman of the Control and Accounting Chamber of the city Tatiana Shlive and Professor of the Naberezhnye Chelny Institute of KFU Anatoly Makarov.
The expert Commission gave a positive opinion on budget execution.
