The final of the municipal professional skills competition "Teacher of additional education – 2021" took place in Naberezhnye Chelny.
The competition started on January 11, 11 participants from 11 educational institutions of additional education expressed their desire to take the path of competitive tests for the right to be called the best.
The participants of the qualifying stage presented the "Business Card" videos to the jury, presented the developed software and methodological kit. We conducted an open lesson for an unfamiliar audience on "Familiarization with a new type of activity in accordance with an additional general education program", passed the marathon "Pedagogical all-around".
According to the results of the competition, the following qualified for the finals: Ruslan Gerasimov, a teacher of additional education, head of the author's theater "Paradox of the Children's and Youth Center No. 14 ; Lyasania Miftakhova, a violin teacher at the Children's Art School No. 13 (Tatarskaya); Olga Bychkova, a teacher of additional education at the Fine Modeling Association of the House of Children's Creativity No. 15; choreography teacher Children's Art School No. 7 Lydia Petrova; Venera Zaripova, teacher of additional education at the Intellectual Development Department of the City Palace of Creativity for Children and Youth No. 1; Evgeny Abramov, teacher of additional education in 3D modeling and prototyping at the Center for Children's Technical Creativity No. 5.
As part of the final tests, the contestants presented videos "My pedagogical message to the professional community", reflecting in them modern values, ideals and ways of their implementation through this genre of professional pedagogical rhetoric, demonstrated the competencies of team building, communication, critical thinking and creativity in the improvised 4K competition.

by Olga Bychkova.Venera Zaripova and Lidia Petrova received the diplomas of the winner of the competition, and Evgeny Abramov received the Diploma of the finalist.
