In Naberezhnye Chelny, patients with COVID-19 are being rehabilitated on the basis of polyclinic No. 7.
The polyclinic was visited by Alfiya Kogogina, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and Alexander Nikolaev, head of the city health department.
During the working visit, the chief physician of the polyclinic, Alexander Popov, familiarized those present with the current situation regarding the treatment and rehabilitation of coronavirus patients. The polyclinic has successfully implemented the first pilot project in the city for the rehabilitation of patients with COVID-19, through which 300 people have already passed.
The second issue on the agenda was vaccination against COVID-19. Polyclinic No. 7 became the first COVID-19 vaccination center in the city. Today, the number of people who have been vaccinated in this medical institution has reached 2,500.
"You need to get vaccinated. We must achieve population immunity. There are no organizational difficulties. Everything you need for this is there. The doctors are ready," Alfiya Kogogina said.
As part of the vaccination campaign, the chief physician of the polyclinic, Alexander Popov, holds meetings with the city's labor collectives, where he answers all the questions about vaccination that residents of Naberezhnye Chelny are interested in.
