On March 13, Maslenitsa festivities will begin simultaneously at three city venues from 11:00 a.m. in Naberezhnye Chelny. A holiday called "Naberezhnye Chelny Maslenitsa - 2021" will be held on Azatlyk Square, in Victory Park and in the park of culture and recreation of the village of HPP.
The program of the event includes folk games, various contests, round dances, songs and dances, and performances by creative teams. The celebration will culminate with the burning of an effigy.
