In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on the free provision of land for individual housing construction in Naberezhnye Chelny, work continues on the provision of land to large families in the city.
7,753 large families are included in the priority list . Of these, 3,060 families have been provided with land plots. In 2020, 784 land plots were provided, located on the territory of the village of Ilbukhtino and the village of Kalmash in the Tukayevsky district. In addition, more than 700 hectares of land are needed to provide all large families with land plots.
