Today, the concept of a new building and the development of the theater was discussed at the Artisans Theater. It should be noted that construction of the Russian Drama Theater has begun in Naberezhnye Chelny, the building will be located on the avenue Chulman, next to the Palace of Celebrations. The meeting was attended by State Duma Deputy Alfiya Kogogina, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, Deputy Head of the Ramil Executive Committee Khalimov, Head of the Department of Culture Rumil Karamiev, staff of the Russian drama theater "Artisans", youth activist of the city.
Alfiya Kogogina called on the youth of Naberezhnye Chelny to actively participate in the creation of a new look for the theater: "We must not just build a modern box filled with various fashionable technologies, but together with the citizens determine what kind of public space we want to create, what kind of theater will be inside and out. Let 's ask the youth, what kind of spirit should live in it for the younger generation of residents of Naberezhnye Chelny to come to the theater?" – Alfiya Kogogina voiced, noting that Artisans is one of the best theaters in the country.
Irada Ayupova indicated that the new theater should become a point of attraction for residents of the entire Transcamian region: "Together with you, we are starting a huge work not only on the construction of our theater, but also on the formation of a driver for the cultural development of Naberezhnye Chelny and the entire Transcamian region," the minister said.
Stage designer of the theaterElena Sorochaikina shared her vision of the exterior and interior design of the future building.
It should be noted that the new building of the Russian drama theater "Artisans" in Naberezhnye Chelny is planned to open in 2022.
