Within the framework of the Resolution Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 635 dated 09/02/2014 "On the provision of state social assistance, including on the basis of a social contract, in the Republic of Tatarstan" state social assistance may be provided to low-income families and low-income single citizens who, for reasons beyond their control, have:
- the average per capita income is below the subsistence level. For the able-bodied population – 10,622 rubles, for pensioners – 8,423 rubles, for children - 9,995 rubles.
- property owned by a family, one living space is not more than 40 sq.m. per person, two or more living spaces are not more than 23 sq.m. per person.
If a citizen signs a social contract and gets a job, he will receive 10294 rubles monthly in addition to his salary for 4 months.
If a citizen is registered with an employment center, the first payment in the amount of 10294 rubles will be transferred automatically within a month.
There are two ways to apply:
1. Make an appointment through the portal "GOSUSLUGI RT" - (select Social protection→ make an appointment with a specialist → address: 6 Solonechny hospital → Continue → State social assistance. Next, select your site according to the complex→ register by time).
2. Contact the Department of Social Protection at Naberezhnye Chelny, Novy Gorod, b-r Solnechny 6 (17/11).
