Subsidized hiring for the employment of the unemployed can be arranged remotely. The employer will not have to make any personal visits — now you can send an application through the portal "Work in Russia".
Any employer will be able to receive a subsidy if they hire a non-working citizen registered at the employment center as of January 1, 2021. The amount of subsidy per workplace can be about 50 thousand rubles. The payouts are divided into three parts. This is the minimum wage, increased by the amount of insurance contributions to state extra-budgetary funds and the district coefficient.
The employer will receive the first subsidy in the amount of the minimum wage after the first month, the second minimum wage after three months, and the third minimum wage after another three months. The funds provided by the state can be used to organize a workplace, compensate for the cost of mentoring or other needs of the enterprise.
To receive a subsidy, an employer must send an application through the personal account of the portal "Work in Russia" and specify a list of available jobs and vacant positions. The employment center will select suitable candidates. One month after their employment, the employer must send an application indicating the data of employed unemployed citizens. An application to the Social Insurance Fund is submitted through the state information system.
