Policyholders registered at branch No. 9 of the State Agency for Civil Protection of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan at their place of registration must contact the branch by April 15, 2021 to confirm their main type of economic activity (OKVED) and establish an insurance tariff for compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases for 2021.
In case of absence of an application, or violation of the deadline for applying for confirmation of the main type of economic activity, the organization will be classified as the type of economic activity that has the highest class of occupational risk from the types of economic activities carried out by it, that is, the maximum insurance premium rate is set for the organization.
It is possible to receive a government service confirming the main type of economic activity in electronic form.: through the gateway of the Social Insurance Fund, using the software of the certification center www.docs.fss.ru ; the unified portal of state and municipal services (functions) at the Internet address (hereinafter – EPGU) – www.gosuslugi.ru - personal account of the policyholder www.lk.fss.ru .
