In our country, where the fair sex makes up the majority of the population and I occupy an important social position, it is rightfully a national celebration designed to emphasize the inviolability of traditional family values, the sanctity of the great gift of motherhood, the true ideals of love, beauty and femininity.
At all times, poets and painters have chosen the most sublime epithets and vivid images to express high feelings for a woman . Women were embodied in ancient goddesses and inspiring creativity. The muses, mysterious stars, alluring mountain peaks and unexplored lands were named after them . And today, in an era of global change and cosmic speeds, we also sincerely and reverently admire the amazing feminine qualities.
With boundless reverence and tenderness , each of us pronounces the word "mom", bright as a sunny day. Absorbing eternal truths with our mother's milk, comprehending the magical poetry of our native language, we carry these priceless spiritual riches through our whole lives, carefully passing them on to our children and grandchildren. In the Year of Native Languages and National Unity , the appeal to family traditions of educating young people in the spirit of love and respect for the mother's language, the father's house, their multinational republic and great Russia acquires a special sound.
Our legendary women, representatives of the older generation, deserve great filial gratitude , as they faced the hard times of the war and the heavy burden of rebuilding industry and agriculture. Your heroic deed will never fade in the memory of posterity. I bow low to you for all that you have done and are doing for your people.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to our brave medical women, who, along with men, have been fighting the insidious epidemic for many months. Your noble mission to save human lives, mercy and endurance are worthy of the highest praise.
A modern woman aspires to be the first in everything. We sincerely rejoice at your success in social activities, education, production, culture, science, and sports. I am sure that thanks to your beauty, intelligence, charm and diligence, you are able to achieve anything you wish.
