A festive concert was held in the City Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth No. 1 on the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day. The event was attended by the Head of the Executive Committee, Farid Salakhov.
Farid Salakhov presented the award, which found its hero after 77 years. Sabir Mustafayev, a participant in the Great Patriotic War, commander of the rifle company of the Taman Red Banner Division, recipient of the Order of the Red Star, went through the entire war. For his brilliant performance of a combat mission in Czechoslovakia, he was presented with the "Order of the Patriotic War II degree", but due to a serious injury, the award did not take place. Today, the award was accepted by his daughters: Nursima Mustafayeva, Klara Orlova, Walida. Trofimova, as well as the hero's great–grandson Karim, is a graduate of the Cadet School named after Hero of the Soviet Union Nikita Kaymanov. The young resident of Naberezhnye Chelny has already chosen his path. Like his great-grandfather, he will defend his homeland.
The concert program was attended by the best creative teams of the city and pupils of cadet schools, participants of the vocal project "The Voice of Naberezhnye Chelny 2.0".
