The pensioner has the right to choose, at his discretion, the organization that delivers the pension, as well as the method of receiving the pension (at home, at the cash desk of the organization that delivers, or by crediting the pension amount to the pensioner's account with a credit institution). In addition, a person of his choice can receive a pension for a pensioner.
Pension delivery methods: through Russian Post, a pensioner can receive a pension at home or independently at the post office at his place of residence; through a bank, a pensioner can receive a pension at the cash desk of a bank branch or issue a bank card and withdraw funds through an ATM.
To choose a delivery method or change it, a pensioner must notify the territorial authority of the FIU in any way convenient for him : electronically, by submitting an application in his Personal Account on the FIU website (www.pfr.gov.ru ) or on the Gosuslugi portal; in writing, by submitting an application to the MFC.
The application must specify the delivery company and the method of pension delivery, as well as the account details (if the pensioner has chosen the delivery method through a credit institution).
