Naberezhnye Chelny summed up the results of the activities of the territorial subsystem of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry in the field of civil defense, protection of the population and territory from emergency situations in 2020. The event was attended by the Head of the Executive Committee, Farid Salakhov.
The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan for the city of Naberezhnye Chelny made a report on this topic.Rafail Ziyatdinov: "Since the beginning of the year, a lot of work has been done in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny to popularize civil defense among the population, the placement of materials, articles and publications on civil defense in the media, staff training and special tactical exercises on civil defense with the forces and means of local governments and organizations have been organized.", - he noted.
In October 2020, the All-Russian staff training on civil defense was held with the city's governing bodies, organizations and enterprises. The territorial subsystem of the Emergency Situations Ministry of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny took an active part in this event. All officials of organizations and enterprises promptly provided competent and informed solutions to eliminate emergencies specified in the introductory training materials. In general, they showed good theoretical and practical training in planning, conducting and ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks, and gained practical skills in their work.
Rafail Ziyatdinov also noted that much attention in the city is paid to training the unemployed population in the field of civil defense and emergency protection, studying the state of work of educational and consulting centers for the development and improvement of educational facilities for the training of persons not employed in the field of production and maintenance.
