The IT park has started accepting applications from those wishing to obtain resident status. The authors of the best IT solutions will go to the second (open) stage, which implies a public presentation. On February 13-14, 2021, invited experts will select new residents. Applications are accepted on the website https://itparkrt.ru / until February 7, 2021. Participation in the selection is free of charge.
Now the staff of the Business Incubator will help with the search for investors and act as intermediaries in contacts with potential business partners, as well as assist in obtaining loans and independent guarantees. Residents will continue to be provided with equipped workplaces, unlimited Internet access, and a virtual server. Project representatives can also rely on legal support, consulting services on project development (project management), taxation, and accounting. Educational programs are conducted for residents of the Business Incubator with the invitation of serial IT entrepreneurs who share life hacks with startups and give recommendations on accelerating the development of the project.
In addition, starting from January 1, 2021, a simplified tax regime has been established for IT companies operating in Tatarstan and residents of the IT park, and the Income rate is reduced from 6% to 1%. Those project authors who successfully pass the selection process will be able to apply for benefits.
