The winners of the XVI All-Russian Business Women's Competition "Success" were awarded in Moscow. According to the results of the competition, the chief physician of dental clinic No. 1, Rania Terkulova, was recognized as the winner of the competition in the nomination "The best representative of Russian businesswomen" in the field of medical services and dentistry. She was awarded an Honorary diploma and a public award – a bronze statuette "Golden Bird".
The competition is held throughout the year in order to enhance the role of a business, socially active woman in the life of the state and society, and to unlock the potential of women's participation in solving regional development problems. The event is supported by the Council for the Consolidation of the Russian Women's Movement, the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and the All-Russian Public Organization Delovaya Rossiya.
The Golden Bird Award is awarded to women in seven federal districts of Russia for outstanding achievements in their activities, as well as representatives of city and regional administrations for supporting the development of women's entrepreneurship.
The winners of the competition are selected according to the main criteria: personal qualities, business reputation, financial influence, social activity, harmony in family relations, organizational skills and level of thinking, ability to create / work in a team, ability to generate new ideas, adaptability (ability to meet modern trends and requirements), responsiveness to changes in the market situation, external the image.
