The award ceremony took place at the Volga Region Academy of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, where the reporting conference of the Volleyball Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of 2020 was held. The meeting was chaired by the head of the Republican Parliament, President of the Tatarstan Volleyball Federation Farid Mukhametshin.
Thus, the Naberezhnye Chelny Volleyball Federation was awarded "For its successful work on the development of mass volleyball in the Republic of Tatarstan." The Avtograd Beach Volleyball Center was awarded "For the high level of organization and holding of beach volleyball competitions."
A certificate from the hands of the Minister of Sports of the Republic of TatarstanVladimir Leonov "For his contribution to the development and popularization of volleyball in the Republic of Tatarstan" was awarded to the Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye ChelnyRoman Nasredinov.
Yevgeny Sirotkin, the press secretary of the Naberezhnye Chelny Volleyball Federation, was thanked by the Volleyball Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Olga Trunova, Deputy Director of the Olympic Reserve Sports School No. 11, received gratitude from Stanislav Andreev, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Farid Mukhametshin noted that the Tatarstan Volleyball Federation, including the master teams represented by Zenit Kazan and Dynamo Ak Bars volleyball clubs, make a significant contribution to the development of the volleyball movement in the country.
The conference was also attended by Alexander Yaremenko, Secretary General of the All-Russian Volleyball Federation, who noted that the Tatarstan Volleyball Federation "claims to be the best regional federation in Russia." According to him, the leadership of the All-Russian Volleyball Federation highly appreciated the project "School Volleyball League" being implemented in the republic.
