He also stressed that additional revenues from the city budget will be used for purposes related to the city's vital activities: "Today we feed discounted meals to schoolchildren from families with four or more children. The additional income that we have generated will be used to feed families with three children."
Svetlana Mulyukova noted that the city's budget was executed using a program-oriented method. In the structure of the city's budget expenditures for 2020 , the share of expenditures aimed at the implementation of 20 municipal programs is more than 85%. The planned revenue assignments have been fulfilled and exceeded, the expenditure obligations of the city budget have been fulfilled in full. Thus, it was proposed to approve the city's budget performance report for 2020: revenues in the amount of 10 billion rubles 153 684 million rubles, expenses in the amount of 10 billion 28 million 597 thousand rubles.
