Alfiya Kogogina, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship, visited the site for the construction of the Artisans Russian Drama Theater during the regional week, and also participated in a meeting with the theater staff.
"Thanks to the national Culture project, which was launched by the President of Russia, we managed to attract federal co-financing for this large-scale construction. The opportunity to build a new theater is a huge joint success of the entire republican team under the leadership of our leader Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov," commented the parliamentarian.
"Together with the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, we are working consistently and today we held a meeting with the theater staff, where we invited representatives of the active youth of the city to discuss the details of the project. The main task today is to create a new cultural space around the theater under construction, which will change the city and its citizens. And for this work, it is important to involve the maximum number of interested residents in the discussion. The opinion of the townspeople about how they want to see the theater should be heard. I, in turn, am ready to provide all possible assistance in this work. I am sure that the project should unite people on a positive wave of cultural transformations," Alfiyakogogina emphasized.
