Since April 1, 2021, the rules for the appointment and payment of benefits for children from 3 to 7 years have changed. The acting head of the Department of Social Protection told about the innovations during a press conference today. Irina Scriabina: “Since April 1, the amount of this benefit has changed, such a thing as a ranking of the amount of payments has been introduced, that is, benefits for children from 3 to 7 years old can be received in the amount of 50% of the subsistence minimum per child set at the date of application in a particular region, in the amount of 75%, and even in the amount of 100% the living wage per child.”
Applications for recalculation of payments for children from 3 to 7 years old have been accepted from today.
“All those who receive this benefit can apply from April 1 to December 31, 2021, but not earlier than the child is 3 years old, for recalculation, if the average per capita family income does not exceed the minimum subsistence level per capita at the time of application,” Irina Scriabina explained.
Residents of Naberezhnye Chelny can apply for this benefit through the portal of public services, the MFC, the post office, as well as by contacting social protection in person.
