Naberezhnye Chelny took the third place in the list of cities with the most favorable environment for setting up and doing business , and the second among cities with the best roads and road infrastructure. It should be noted that when assessing the road transport infrastructure , such indicators as the work of public transport, traffic police and the likelihood of getting into a "traffic jam" and an accident were taken into account.
