Residents from single-industry towns can participate in the All-Russian Youth Project Competition. The winners will receive grants of up to 2.5 million rubles (individuals) and up to 15 million rubles (educational organizations). Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until April 7, 2021.
The event is aimed at developing creative abilities, increasing civic engagement and involving young people in various social initiatives. Young people between the ages of 14 and 30 and higher education organizations can participate .
