State Duma Deputy Alfiya Kogogina held a thematic reception for citizens on housing and communal services in the regional public reception. Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Irek Shaidullin, Deputy Head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the discussion of ways to solve the problems of people who asked for help.
"Receiving citizens on a specific topic is a good opportunity to delve deeply into issues of concern to people and, together with line ministries and relevant departments, begin developing solutions.
During the reception, many pressing questions were received from residents of Naberezhnye Chelny, Mendeleevsk, Zelenodolsk and Bugulma. We agreed with our colleagues to deal in detail with each problem on site and achieve their solution," Kogogina commented.
Among the questions received are the poor quality of heating services, delayed repairs in an apartment building, increased payments for housing and communal services, landscaping and the construction of inner–city roads. Inspections are planned at the addresses of complaints received, as well as an analysis of the most relevant issues for the housing and communal services sector.
